We offer FREE shipping to America for orders more than $200.
Once you have placed your order on the Website and made the payment, we will process your order within 1 business days. After your order is processed you should receive the shipment within 2-3 business days if shipping will not be affected by natural occurrences.
All products purchased on our website will be delivered to you by DHL, DPD, GLS or other similar couriers available for a faster delivery. After we finish processing your order we will send you confirmation letter containing your shipment tracking number.
Note: Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays
RETURN
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to return your order. That’s why we set-up a 30 day return policy for you.
– 30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee-
You can return your products purchased from us within 30 days from receiving, however, if you decide to return your product after 14 days but not later than 30 days after receiving your products additional fees may be applied.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
Please note: We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchange requests.
If you insist to return, we totally respect your decision and we always hope we could offer a pleasant user experience to every customer. In this condition, we could accept a return and refund; meanwhile, please understand that:
We deduct 30% of the amount you paid as a restocking fee plus $8 of the original shipping fee. If you want to return goods bought on the website you will have to cover the return shipping costs which will not be compensated by us.
（There will inevitably be a trace of use after assembly and during the use of the machine. No customer wants a used machine. Thus there will be labor costs in handling the machine, like recycling the machine and recreating a new machine using the material.）
- Steps To Take When Returning A Product -
Step #1 – Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your ordered products to the email info@hesterpro.com. Please provide customer service with your full name, email address, order number and briefly describe the reason why you would like to return the product and what is its condition.
Step #2 – Our customer support team will respond to your request, and if your return request complies with the conditions set forth in this Returns Policy and the Terms of Use, our customer support team will provide you with the further instructions how and where to return your products.
Please note that we will only accept and refund returned products if they are sent back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please do not send returns to our office address or to the original address where they came from as we cannot accept them there so we will not be able to identify your return and issue a refund for it.
Step #3 – Re-pack your product safely and securely, attach your order information (Name, last name, order number and website purchased from) in the package and send us the returning products to the Return address given to you by our customer support team. Please note, that we will only be able to accept returned products only if they will have your order information included and are sent to our indicated Returns address.
Step #4 – Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel and your unique return link. Please note that the return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated for. Returns without tracking numbers might be refused by our warehouse, please make sure to use registered mail or other trackable shipment method and don’t forget to provide us with the tracking number.
Step #5 – Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Once a refund is issued, it normally takes up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be shown in your bank statements. The refund will be sent back to you to the original source of payment that you used to pay for the order.
